Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory has released Tracking the Sun II, an update to its previous PV cost trends report. This latest release tracks the full installed cost of PV systems in the U.S. from 1998 through 2008 and shows a average cost decline of $0.30 per watt from 2007 to 2008.Featured Multimedia
