  • CSP -- $34 million “to improve thermal storage technologies and systems to allow utilities to dispatch energy into the grid as needed, and to accelerate manufacturing technologies to enable scale-up and deployment of advanced systems.”
  • Solar Heating and Lighting - $12 million “to develop and validate integrated solar PV and solar thermal systems essential to the development of cost-neutral Zero Energy Buildings.”
  • Solar PV Rating System -- $5 million “for accelerating the development and adoption of a solar PV rating system, including Energy Star testing and qualification to accelerate market penetration.”
