Join the U.S. Dept. of Energy for a webinar on how the cities of Ellensburg, in Washington, and Hempstead, of New York, have integrated multiple renewable energy technologies to create renewable energy parks in their areas.  

This webinar will be held on March 19, 2013 at 3 pm EDT and will feature two presentations highlighting each town’s solar projects, their successes and obstacles, efficiency analyses of their renewable systems, the benefits of their projects, and future plans.

Presented by Robert Titus, the special projects manager for the City of Ellensburg and by Tara Schneider, conservation biologist and manager of the town’s U.S. Department of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant.
