While Los Angeles has begun gearing up for the sustainability race to become one of the leading "green" cities, there is still a lot of work to be done. With policy makers increasingly supporting energy efficient living, and the business community ceasing opportunities for a profitable market, there is "green" light in sight.

We all know how zeitgeisty living in Los Angeles can be, an architectural Mecca that has all the potential of excelling in design and technology. The climate is ideal for the use of alternative energy, and the potential is also widely recognized by German industry, leaders in energy efficiency.

Join GABA, the SCI-Arc design team of Dale, and a panel of experts to learn about the latest developments and technologies in modern building efficiencies.

Mix and mingle with complementary appetizers and drinks, while the SCI-Arc team takes smaller groups through DALE, ready to compete in the 2013 Department of Energy's Solar Decathlon competition in Irvine one week after our event.

Then hear a keynote and panel discussion in SCI-Arc's adjacent auditorium inside a former LA train station.
