Circular Energy, a national provider of solar energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers, is proud to announce their expansion into the Northeastern United States, with a focus on Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

To lead this growth, Rob Liflander has joined as Circular Energy’s Managing Director, Northeast Region. Mr. Liflander brings years of experience helping clients with renewable energy solutions, previously working at OnForce Solar in New York and Sound Solar Systems in Connecticut. He earned a BA in economics from Brandeis University and an MBA from Columbia University.

“I am excited to bring Circular Energy’s focus on high-quality development, strong financing, and a successful track record to a diverse group of customers – including schools, hotels, retail businesses and manufacturing firms.  Circular Energy has been in business since 2009 and is considered an industry leader in developing innovative and high-quality projects. This experience will help us quickly gain market share, and lead to long-term relationships where we truly deliver value for our clients,” Mr. Liflander said.

“The Northeast US continues to be a great market for solar energy solutions, especially as grid electricity prices remain high and state governments provide significant incentives for a cleaner, more affordable energy future.  By bringing our energy expertise to this market, we see strong growth over the coming years,” said James Steffes, CEO of Circular Energy.
