A San Francisco-based solar energy software company opened a new office near the Timbergrove area of Houston on July 7.

Clean Power Finance, now occupies one floor and approximately 500,000 square feet at an office complex at 2900 North Loop West. The company plans to hire at least 100 new employees from the Houston area in the first quarter of 2016.

Senior vice president of operations Steve Olszwski, who has been with the company since 2012, will oversee the new office in Houston, according to a July 7 statement from the company.
