WASHINGTON, DC -- John Smirnow, vice president of trade and competitiveness at the Solar Energy Industries Association® (SEIA®), has been designated chairman of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee (RE&EEAC).
