There’s a House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Regulatory Affairs hearing on the bankruptcy of Abound Solar coming up, of course… and the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) has put out an excellent statement on the matter, of course. Context, context, context. Context is key. And I’m afraid that will be lacking big-time at the hearing. Let’s hope that enough context gets discussed tomorrow to show how much the Abound story is an unfortunate exception in the US solar industry today.
