Nat Kreamer

Chairman

Nat is the President, CEO and member of the board of directors of Clean Power Finance. He is also the Chairman of the board of directors of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). Nat's original idea to finance solar for consumers led him to co-found SunRun, which he led as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer. An officer in the US Navy (Reserves), Nat is an Afghanistan war veteran, where he served in the Special Forces and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. Mike Healy

Chair, Solar Heating and Cooling Alliance

Mike Healy helped start Skyline Innovations, a finance and development company focused on solar water heating systems. Mike leads the companies market development efforts, including new business development and government affairs. Mike also Chairs the Solar Heating and Cooling Alliance and serves on the Board of Directors of the Solar Energy Industries Associations (SEIA).

Rhone Resch

President & Chief Executive Officer

In the last eight years as President and CEO of SEIA, Rhone Resch lead the industry's charge on the creation of the 30 percent investment tax credit, the 1603 Treasury Program, and over 18 other provisions that have helped grow the U.S. solar industry from a 52 MW/year market in 2004 to nearly a 2,000 MW/year market today. Carrie Cullen Hitt

Senior Vice President, State Affairs

Carrie is head of SEIA's state advocacy efforts. Previously, she was President of the Solar Alliance, which merged with SEIA on January 1st of 2012. Prior to joining the Solar Alliance, Carrie served as Vice President, Renewable Products for Constellation Energy. Full bio>>

John Smirnow

Vice President of Trade & Competitiveness

John leads SEIA's advocacy in support of open and fair markets and growing the U.S. solar supply chain and manufacturing base. John also oversees SEIA's environment, health, and safety initiatives. Full bio>>

Ken Johnson

Vice President of Communications

Ken oversees SEIA's communications and marketing strategy. Previously, he headed up communications efforts for the House Energy and Commerce Committee and House Select Committee on Homeland Security, and later spent six years as senior vice president for the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). Tom Kimbis

Vice President of Executive Affairs

As Vice President of Executive Affairs, Tom oversees the departments of Executive Affairs and Research. He also provides legal services to SEIA as General Council. Previously, he supported research, analysis, legislative, and planning efforts across all energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Full bio>>

Christopher Mansour

Vice President of Federal Affairs

Christopher manages SEIA's federal policy efforts. Before joining SEIA, Christopher served in the Obama Administration as the Director of Congressional and Legislative Affairs for the Secretary of the Interior. Full bio>>
