Verengo Solar celebrated its ongoing partnership with GRID Alternatives Greater Los Angeles (GLA) at the recent ceremonies marking GLA's new LA Solar Program and its new warehouse headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. Since 2007 GLA has done over 900 installs of solar electric systems for low-income families in Southern California. This year, with the April launch of GLA's LA Solar Program, more than twenty families living in underserved communities in the city of Los Angeles have now been able to participate in GRID's program. Verengo is supporting GLA's solar power installation effort through donations and volunteerism.
