WASHINGTON, DC - As part of his administration’s 2015-2016 fiscal year budget, Gov. Tom Wolf is asking the state legislature to provide $50 million to relaunch the popular Pennsylvania Sunshine Solar Program. Rhone Resch, president and CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), said the program will help to create new jobs and expand the use of clean, affordable solar energy across the Keystone State.
