On April 11, 2012, in response to various comments and protests from utilities and utility groups, SEIA filed an answer in FERC Docket No. RM12-10. The answer rebutted protestors claims and reiterated SEIA's request for a FERC rulemaking proposing a 100 percent of daytime minimum load supplemental screen to be applied a project triggers the existing 15 percent screen.
