SEIA is excited to sponsor a webinar on the recently published California Solar Permitting Guidebook (Guidebook) featuring Wade Crowfoot, Deputy Director of the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and Bill Brooks, a consultant to the solar industry since the late 1980s and recognized authority on expedited permit processes for PV systems.  The Guidebook was developed by the Governor’s Office, in partnership with a wide variety of stakeholders, including local governments and solar contractors, to help improve local permitting of small solar PV systems.  It’s a first-of-its-kind guide that presents helpful information on solar permitting in California.
