As Director of Government Affairs & Counsel, Emily Duncan directs SEIA's tax policy, but also works on a variety of other legislative, regulatory and state initiatives, including government energy procurement and solar in Texas.
Justin Baca is the Director of Research; he develops and implements SEIA's research agenda, including the quarterly Solar Market Insight Report.
Katherine is SEIA's Director of Government Affairs. She has experience working on renewable energy policy, and in particular on renewable heating and cooling policy.
Katie Bolcar Rever is a Director of State Affairs with SEIA. She oversees SEIA's activities with regards to policies affecting solar energy in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast states.
Kim Joiner is the Director of Membership. She is responsible for all aspects of the membership department.
