Kim Joiner is the Senior Manager for Membership Recruitment. She is responsible for driving new membership within the Solar Industry. Specifically, she will working to increase SEIA membership among the Manufacturers, Installers/Contractors, Distributors, Financial Companies, Legal Services, Non-Profit, Government and Educational Institutions.

Rick Umoff joined SEIA in 2013 as Counsel and Regulatory Affairs Manager of State Affairs. Rick provides legal and regulatory support on solar energy matters throughout the United States.
Samantha Page is SEIA’s Press Officer and Communications Manager. Samantha received her B.A. from Carleton College in Northfield, MN, and studied Journalism at the USC Annenberg School for Communications in Los Angeles.
Sara Birmingham oversees solar-related regulatory and legislative activity in in the California, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada as SEIA's Director of Western Policy.
As SEIA’s Digital Media Manager, Colin manages and administers the SEIA website, executes online advocacy campaigns, monitors and engages with SEIA's audiences on social media platforms, and enhance SEIA's other communications and marketing efforts.
Katherine heads SEIA's work on solar financing, permitting of solar power plants, and federal renewable energy procurement. She is SEIA's Director of Federal Affairs.
