Jen is the first contact at SEIA: answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, and replying to mail inquiries.

Joel supports SEIA member companies on a variety of tax and financial matters, including issues related to innovative project finance structures, regulation of energy tax credits, and monetization of financial incentives for renewable energy.

Justin Baca is the Director of Research; he develops and implements SEIA's research agenda, including the quarterly Solar Market Insight Report.

Katherine heads SEIA's work on solar financing, permitting of solar power plants, and federal renewable energy procurement. She is SEIA's Director of Regulatory Affairs.

Manager, Government Affairs Katherine Stainken has experience working on renewable energy policy, and in particular on renewable heating and cooling policy.

Katie Bolcar-Reaver is SEIA's Director of Mid-Atlantic States. She oversees policy activity affecting solar energy in the Mid-Atlantic region.
