SEIA works in concert
with 14 State SEIA organizations. Members of the state organizations monitor and advocate in the state governments, as well as providing on-the-ground support for solar consumers and small businesses. If you are concerned about a piece of state legislation, or are having trouble with a local homeowner's association or zoning board, the state SEIAs might be able to help you work it out.
They also have very up-to-date information on retailers and distributors in their area, and frequently host workshops and discussion forums. Since state legislation is frequently in the forefront of renewable energy innovation, our state organizations are key to our overall mission.
