Emma Chen

Xiaoying (Emma) Chen is a Senior Accounting Manager with the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). Emma earned her Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Colorado in Denver. She received her undergraduate degree from Shanghai Normal University with a major in Construction Management. Prior to joining SEIA, Emma worked in different accounting roles for seven years and is a certified nonprofit accounting professional.  She lives in DC with her family. She enjoys traveling with her family during her free time.

Lisa Berwin

Lisa Berwin is SEIA’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations. In this role, Lisa oversees the financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal operations of the Association, as well as the organization's workforce development portfolio. Lisa previously served as an external financial consultant to SEIA for the past 20 years. In addition to consulting for SEIA, Lisa has provided financial management and tax advisory services to multiple organizations in the renewable energy sector.
