Energy Poverty: Solar Solutions for Tribes

Event Detail

In partnership with Indigenized Energy Initiative

Indigenized Energy Initiative is a first-of-its-kind group of Native Americans and solar experts supporting tribes in their efforts to transition to clean energy. The team aims to grow clean energy in tribal communities in order to diminish poverty, mitigate climate change, and restore self-reliance. Indigenized Energy Initiative is oriented towards long-term economic development on reservations, and the potential of solar energy as an instrument to regenerate the health of economic, ecological, and social systems. Join us for a webinar to learn more about this organization’s work and opportunities for your business to engage with tribes to help fight energy poverty.
