1825 Place in Pflugerville, Texas, just got greener. The multi-family development managed by Roscoe Properties is now home to a 51 kW solar photovoltaic (PV) system designed and installed by Circular Energy, an Austin, Texas-based provider of national clean energy solutions including solar power systems. This project marks the first solar powered multi-family property in Pflugerville as well as the first solar panel installation for Roscoe.

 

“We are very excited about the new solar installation at 1825 Place, and we look forward to working with Circular Energy in the future as more Roscoe Properties benefit from solar energy,” said Kim Trigo, Community Manager with Roscoe.

 

Under the City’s Climate Protection Plan, Austin has committed to producing 35% of local power requirements using renewable resources like solar energy by 2020. Roscoe Properties is the latest property management firm to take part in the energy renaissance that is sweeping across the metro-Austin area.
