Attached is a draft of a report prepared by NREL, DOE, Sandia, and EPRI on solar interconnection screens.  Comments are requested by January 16^th.  They have requested that this document not be widely circulated.  We would deeply appreciate it if you could comply with that request.

We will be scheduling a Wholesale DG Working Group call this week to discuss.  Stay tuned for more details.
