Lazard's Levelized Cost of Energy Analysis has been published since 2008. With their latest edition, Lazard shows that Wind and Solar PV continue to become cost-competitive. The report looks at unsubsidized LCOE for wind and solar and compares them to their conventional counterparts by looking at sensitivity to subsidies, sensitivity to fuel prices, regional variances, as well as historical and forecasted LCOE.
