We want to learn more about the SolarPAC

The SolarPAC allows the solar industry to support federal candidates who are committed to expanding the use of solar technologies.

We agree to adhere to the SEIA Solar Business Code, cooperate with its complaint process, and release SEIA and its representatives from all claims related to promulgation and enforcement of the code.

All SEIA members must follow the guidelines for industry best practices laid out in the SEIA Solar Business Code prior to becoming members.

Currently, the SEIA bylaws does not allow for membership of regulated electric utilities or holding companies that own or control such utilities. An unregulated solar company owned by or affiliated with an electric utility or electric utility holding company, may join on a case-by-case basis.
