Xiaoying (Emma) Chen is a Senior Accounting Manager with the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). Emma earned her Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Colorado in Denver. She received her undergraduate degree from Shanghai Normal University with a major in Construction Management. Prior to joining SEIA, Emma worked in different accounting roles for seven years and is a certified nonprofit accounting professional. 

She lives in DC with her family. She enjoys traveling with her family during her free time.
