Roderick Lewis is SEIA’s Vice President of Sales & Business Development. In this role he is responsible for developing and driving all phases of SEIA's membership growth strategy; from targeting and recruitment to retention and upgrades.
Prior to joining SEIA, Roderick was the Director of Membership & Business Development for the American Bus Association for over a decade where he oversaw membership growth, marketing, sales pipeline coaching, sponsorship/exhibit sales, strategies involving client retention, branding, partnership development, revenue generation and long-term strategic growth.
Before directing membership sales initiatives at ABA, he served as Regional Advertising Sales Director for ABA’s Destination’s Magazine and Transport Topics’ Publishing Group (for the American Trucking Association) where he spearheaded key account development programs that targeted, penetrated, and launched business growth throughout North America.
Roderick has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Howard University. A huge sports fan, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters in Washington, D.C.
