Caring for the Whole Worker Pays Off: Preserving Emotional Wellbeing During Recovery Improves Outcomes Registration
The current model of Worker's Compensation poses a large burden across multiple industries, and the effects can be felt even more so in the solar industry. On-site and rapid initial injury evaluation and treatment along with curated recovery journey and efficient case management can overcome the worker's obstacles to a faster recovery. With the innovative approach to caring for the whole worker, the worker has less anxiety through the recovery process, better morale, and continuous engagement, and as a result claim costs are decreased.
It will be FREE for Non-Members and FREE for SEIA Members.
