DEIJ Networking Events at RE+

Attendees will be able to connect with energy professionals from across the globe in an interactive experience during our speed mentoring roundtable. Get a chance to hear from several senior-level women in a male-dominated industry and gain insights in a short, focused conversation format. 

During RE+ 2023 in Las Vegas on Sept. 12th, Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) invite solar and clean energy companies to gather at our Apprenticeship Power Hour in order to connect with organizations and experts that can support your company in joining an apprenticeship program, launching your own apprenticeship program, or expanding the candidate pool for apprenticeship programs.

Join us at this event to make connections that will help you meet the IRA’s registered apprenticeship requirements while developing and scaling a skilled and diverse workforce. This networking event is located alongside RE+ and is free for all to attend. 

There will be six Community Gatherings for each of the following communities that will be available to all RE+ attendees:

• Blacks in Clean Energy
• Asian American & Pacific Islanders in Clean Energy
• Hispanics in Clean Energy
• Indigenous Professionals in Clean Energy
• Clean Energy Pride
• Military Veterans & Family Members in Clean Energy
