Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure

Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure (“KSI”) provides capital and support to developers and EPC contractors during development and to finance PPA projects in the distributed generation segment (300kw – 10MW) with the objective of long-term ownership. Our business model is to partner with and work alongside project developers with the objective providing a simple one-stop development and take out financing. Overall this improves velocity, reduces soft costs and increases project throughput. We are a relationship-oriented group that focuses on people, understanding needs, and sharing knowledge. Through the end of 2018, we have built and operate over 40 distributed solar projects.
