We are a fully integrated player in the renewable energy sector focused on being an Independent Power Producer (IPP). With more than 15 years of experience in the development, financing, construction, operation and asset management of renewable assets -solar and onshore wind power- we have a relevant international presence, currently active in 9 countries and with offices in Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico and Chile. Our team consists of more than 150 highly qualified professionals. We lead and manage all phases of the projects from the development to the final operation of the asset, including the O&M, asset management, energy sales and the financing. We have vast experience in developing renewable assets in different countries. We currently have an operating and under construction portfolio of 1.6GW, including assets in Spain, Chile, Italy, USA and Mexico. In addition, these assets are backed by a solid and visible portfolio of Pre-Construction assets of c.800MW and additional pipeline of close to 11GW that support its growth strategy. We have secured more than 2.6GW of PPA contracts in different countries with investment grade off-takers and in hard currencies in the different countries in which we operates. We have a high-growth capacity, constantly looking for new opportunities to strengthen our performance.
