Resort Energy Ventures is a consultancy helping large property owners understand and deploy renewable energy, battery and micro grid resources to lower operating costs. We analyze entire property portfolios for renewable energy and battery opportunities, provide individual site technical and financial feasibility analysis, and manage projects through completion. We work with some of the largest resort and multi-family REITs in the nation guiding them through projects that significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy use while delivering returns in the range of 15-20%. In addition to our energy business, we also develop real estate including hotels, multi-family, and mixed use projects.
