The U.S. solar supply is facing a multitude of challenges. Ongoing tariff battles, customs enforcement, product availability and shipping delays, increased costs, and supply agreement uncertainty are all immediate priorities. And while we’re making progress on these issues, longer term solutions are required, including diversifying the supply chain by expanding domestic manufacturing. To help companies better understand current challenges and solutions going forward, the panel will provide real-time updates on Section 201, customs enforcement, supply chain challenges, and Build Back Better manufacturing investments, as well as an opportunity for Q&A with attendees.
