Just to clarify, these comments are due today.  Steve Shapiro, our Transmission Working Group Chair, needs feedback on whether or not SEIA should sign on to the letter.   My personal view is that it’s a good letter, but we don’t know at this point whether Working Group Members agree with it.

So in addition to giving feedback to the letter’s author, Ellen Berman, Steve and I would appreciate your feedback as well as to whether SEIA should sign on.
