The Latest on New Solar Trade Cases That Could Result in Additional Tariffs on Imported Cells and Modules Registration
On April 24, petitions were filed with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission requesting the imposition of antidumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD) on solar cells and modules from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Please join us for an overview of the AD/CVD investigation process and timeline, as well as key information alleged in the petitions and the timing of potential tariffs.
