Wyden/Merkley Bill Text
On September 21, Senators Wyden and Merkley introduced S. 3610, the Investment Tax Credit Integrity Act, which would prohibit taxpayers from including the costs of antidumping or countervailing duties in the eligible cost basis of qualifying energy property for which the taxpayer claims an investment tax credit under Section 48 of the Internal Revenue Code.
