Dear Federal Affairs Committee,

Although SEIA's office will be closed from December 24, 2012 - January 1, 2013, the Federal Affairs team will be closely monitoring Congress and the effects of our efforts on the Commence Construction provision in the Extenders Bill.  We will report any updates in the interim by e-mail, otherwise, we will resume our weekly calls beginning January 8, 2013.
