Solar Beltway Meetings: Week of July 9, 2012
Good Afternoon Solar Beltway Group,
We’d like to invite you to join our meetings on the hill. The first four SEIA Solar Beltway Group company representatives who respond to this email indicating their ability to join the meeting at the time already confirmed will be included in the meeting with preference going to member companies with connections to the district. Please indicate specifically which meeting you would like to attend.
If you choose to participate, only one person from your company can attend the meeting. We must limit participation to four companies in order to ensure that there are not more than six “SEIA” attendees at any given meeting (i.e., SEIA staff, outside SEIA consultant, 4 SEIA member companies). If you are one of the first four SEIA members to respond, we will confirm your inclusion in the meeting. If you do not get a confirmation email, do not assume that you are cleared to participate simply because you know of the time and place of the meeting.
Please remember that these meetings are to advance SEIA’s policy positions. If you want to discuss company-specific concerns with Congressional staff, please schedule a separate meeting.
If you are interested in attending any of the meetings below, please get back to me at [email protected].
