Dear Transmission Working Group,

 

Please follow this link to read the Third-Party Provision of Ancillary Services; Accounting and Financial Reporting for New Electric Storage Technologies proposed rule.  The deadline for filing is 60-days from July 9 (September 11, 2012).  Dan Adamson intends to have a draft for SEIA Transmission Working group consideration of a motion to intervene/comments no later than the end of August.
